Fabricating a custom splint
Canine anatomy and biomechanics as they relate to splinting a canine patient

  Human Splinting (Lab)
Testing of materials including thermoplastics
Fabrication of palmar wrist splint with reinforcing bar
Fabrication of padded (clamshell or bi-surfaced) elbow brace

  Canine Splinting (Lab)
Fabrication of carpal-immobilizing splint with palmar reinforcing bar
Fabrication of tarsal-immobilizing splint with medial and lateral reinforcing bar
Fabrication of a clamshell cervical brace
Fabrication of a bi-surfaced tarsal-stabilizing splint
