Upon receipt of this form, we will verify that space is available for the course(s) you have selected. Once your registration is confirmed, we will send you a Welcome Packet with directions and housing/hotel information. Please do not make nonrefundable travel plans before your registration is confirmed.

Registration requires a deposit of $500 per selection with the balance due 60 days before the start of each course. If the course is sold out, we will refund your deposit or apply it to another course.
