Cancellation Policy
Cancellation
30 days or more before Day 1 of course start:
- Checks will be refunded 100%.
- Credit cards will be refunded 100% less the
3.5% surcharge made by the credit card company.
- The entire refund can be applied to a future
course.*
Cancellation within 30 days before Day 1 of
course start::
If the space can be filled by a person on
the Waiting List,
- Checks will be refunded 100%.
- Credit cards will be refunded 100% less
the 3.5% surcharge made by the credit card
company.
- The entire refund can be applied to a future
course.*
If the space is NOT filled,**
- Checks will be refunded at 75%.
- Credit cards will be refunded at 75% less
the 3.5% surcharge made by the credit card
company.
- The entire refund can be applied to a future
course* less a $200 Cancellation Fee.
*If the tuition for a re-scheduled course
is higher than for the cancelled course, the
difference will be due 60 days before the start
of that course.
